"Leveling Bolt Through T Flange" is generally the recommended type of height adjustment detail because it permits the maximum room for the placement of shear studs when making the Exodermic™ deck composite with the supporting beams (which is recommended for all projects). The leveling channel or leveling plate types of height adjustment detail should be used cautiously, making sure that there will be sufficient room for shear studs and for full depth concrete to bear on the top flanges of supporting beams.
